If you receive a piece of jewelry you do not like, you can replace it with any of the items shown in this collection. As a general rule, each piece of Ice Box Jewelry costs between $10 and $20. If you see something you like which is NOT on this page and is less than $20, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate.

To proceed with replacement, email IceBox@jewelryfortoday.com and let us know which piece you didn't like. We will let you know how much the piece retails for and you can select any piece in this collection to replace it.

If you are a subscription customer, the replacement will be in your next Ice Box. If you are not a subscription customer, it will be mailed to you within 72 business hours (3 days) of your selection.
