Refund policy

We will gladly accept the return of certain items within 30 days from the date you received the item. Exclusions include products which are intimate, sanitary, hazardous or a flammable substance. Gift cards, downloadable products and subscription based products are also not refundable. Buyer will be charged $5 for return shipping.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, it its original packaging.

We reserve the right to issue a store credit instead of a refund in all instances.
